A solo practice built on one thing: knowing your case.
Wuich Legal Services P.C. is a Winnebago County-based law firm focused exclusively on property law — real estate transactions, zoning, building codes, and code enforcement defense.
The attorney
Direct counsel. No hand-offs.
I founded Wuich Legal Services P.C. because I believe property owners and developers deserve legal counsel that is direct, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their outcome. At a large firm, your matter gets passed to associates and paralegals. Here, you work with me — from the first call to the final resolution.
My practice is focused by design. I handle real estate transactions, zoning and land use matters, building code compliance, and code enforcement defense. That focus means I know this area of law deeply, and I know Winnebago County's local boards, ordinances, and processes from years of practice in this community — including nearly a decade working directly for the City of Rockford.
I take on a deliberate caseload so I can give each client the attention their matter deserves. If you have a question, you reach me. If something changes, I tell you directly. That's not a promise — it's just how a solo practice works.

“I practice in Winnebago County because this is my community. When I represent a property owner here, I'm invested in the outcome.”
— Attorney, Wuich Legal Services P.C.
How I work
What to expect when you hire me.
You talk to me, not staff
When you call or email, you reach me directly. I don't route client communications through a receptionist or paralegal. If I'm in a hearing, I call back the same day.
I tell you what I actually think
I give honest assessments — including when I think a matter isn't worth pursuing or when the law isn't on your side. You deserve straight answers, not optimistic billing.
I know this community
I've practiced in Winnebago County for years — and spent nearly a decade working for the City of Rockford before that. I know the zoning boards, the municipal staff, and the local ordinances from the inside. That experience matters when you're navigating a variance hearing or a code enforcement action.
Focused caseload, full attention
I deliberately limit the number of matters I take on. That means when you hire me, your case gets my full attention — not a fraction of it.
